These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of my courses, materials, and related resources (“Services”) hosted on the Thinkific platform (the “Platform”). By enrolling in or accessing any course, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not access or purchase my courses.

1. Intellectual Property

All course materials — including videos, templates, workbooks, written content, and downloads — are owned by Shannon Kathleen Photography and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, share, or sell any part of the course content without written permission. Your purchase grants you a single, non-transferable license for personal educational use only.

2. Payments and Refunds

All course payments are processed securely through Thinkific and its payment partners (Stripe or PayPal).

Due to the digital nature of the content, all sales are final unless otherwise stated. However, I want you to feel confident in your investment. If you experience an issue with accessing your course or believe there was an error in your purchase, please contact me at [email protected] within 14 days of purchase.

Refunds, if issued, are at our sole discretion.

3. Course Access

When you purchase a course, you’ll receive access for your personal use only. You agree not to share your login credentials or distribute course materials publicly or privately.

I reserve the right to revoke access to any user who violates these Terms or engages in behavior that disrupts the learning environment (for example: sharing materials illegally, harassing other students, or attempting to copy content for resale).

4. Results Disclaimer

I provide educational content designed to help you improve your visibility, marketing, and professional outcomes. However, I cannot guarantee specific results.

Your success depends on your effort, application of the material, and other factors beyond our control. You acknowledge that Shannon Kathleen Photography makes no promises or guarantees of increased visibility, income, or bookings.

Your privacy is important to me. Any personal data collected through the Platform is handled according to our Privacy Policy and Thinkific’s own privacy and data protection standards.

I will not sell or share your personal information with third parties except as required to deliver your purchased services.

6. Technology and Access

I strive to maintain uninterrupted access to the Platform. However, I am not responsible for downtime, technical issues, or data loss caused by third-party providers such as Thinkific, Stripe, or PayPal.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the technology (internet, device, software) necessary to participate in the course.

7. Affiliate Links and External Resources

Some course materials may include affiliate links or references to third-party tools. I may earn a small commission if you choose to purchase through those links — at no additional cost to you. I only recommend tools and resources we trust and use personally.

8. Termination

I reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the course at any time for violations of these Terms, or for conduct that harms my community, brand, or other participants.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through good faith negotiation, and if necessary, in the appropriate courts within Hennepin County, MN.
